Islamic philosophy, within a coherent framework of rules, has the ability to prove the necessity of the infallible Imam existence, in its demonstrative method based on the copulative existence. The importance of the perfect human being in Islamic philosophy prompted the author to use a descriptive-analytical method, looking at the Platonic and Aristotelian background, to answer: What is the difference between being copulative amokg contingent beings? Can sh'an be analogical that provides the basis for the formation of the term sh'an of sh'an? Based on the consistency and coherence of a philosophical system and the use of philosophical rules (such as Alvahed and Ein Al Rabt), with logical arguments based on existential poverty, knowledge and creation, with emphasis on the views of Allamah Javadi Amoli, the spectrality of the copulative existence and the rule – sh'an of sh'an - in which, by accepting the copulative existence, the existence of a perfect and infallible human being is necessary in every era, and all but perfect human being are his sh'an before being directly Almighty's sh'an, and without his being copulative to the Almighty, the same is not possible for contingent beings. This research has also led us to the necessity of distinguishing concepts in philosophical studies, such as illuminative relation from contingent), absolute vicegerency from relative one - essential sh'an from accidental one, efficient copulative from the ultimate one, and the immediate origin (ma minh) from mediate one or divine agency (ma beh).
