Abstract
Human brotherhood is formed on the basis of common and pervasive components among human beings; It can thus create a minimum deal of ethics which, at the same time, can be universally effective. Brotherhood among humans leads to a kind of self-sacrifice, and facilitates global coexistence. In addition, brotherhood strengthens the human relations and, through arranging human components, prepares the ground for the formation of religious brotherhood and religious ethics (in mono or multi) religion societies. In fact, religious brotherhood is a perfected form of human brotherhood which not only eliminates the disputes among humans (negative function), but also, through the perfection inherent in it, makes the unity and connection among irreligious people possible (affirmative function).
