Affection and love are the key and infrastructural elements of cognitive, moral and mystical realms. Thus, research on all the above-mentioned aspects can be considered a main part of the infrastructural or superstructural issues.
The position of affection in the realm of ethics and its close and strong relationship with the various parts of practical mysticism and ethics creates an unbreakable link between ethics and mysticism on the one hand, as well as ethics and affection and love on the other hand. This interconnectedness is so deep that affection and love lead to the actualization and formation of a affection-based ethical system. This afffection -based ethical system, which is called "affection ethics", links its theological and philosophical fundamentals with the element of love (love of God) on one side, and on the other side, it deals with the minor issues and diverse ethical subjects in the light of the principle of affection and love.
This study aims to study the fundamentals of "affection ethics" based on the views and thoughts of the learned expert, Ayatollah Javadi Amuli, and to illustrate their status in characterizing an ethical systematic structure compared to other common and defined ethical systems. Finally, a fundamental characterization will be presented to differentiate between "affection ethics" and other ethical systems.
Of these fundamentals, the most important ones are classified into four general "cognitive and epistemological, originological , anthropological , pragmatic and teleological " groups.
